Fans have long been awaiting the arrival of DC’s The Flash film adaptation. Now, after years of development and production, the first official trailer for The Flash is here. And it’s a beautiful sight for fans of the franchise.
The new trailer was released as part of a promotion for this year’s Super Bowl event. As such, the trailer teases some exciting characters and plot details that will play into the upcoming movie.
It certainly is an exciting look at the spectacle that’s in store. The film is said to have gotten extremely positive reactions from test audiences. As such, fans are no doubt eager to see this new superhero outing on the big screen. And, if this trailer is any indication, then it’s definitely going to be worth the wait.
In addition to Michael Keaton’s Batman and Ben Affleck’s Batman, we get a look at Sasha Calle as Supergirl and Michael Shannon’s return as General Zod.

Hopefully we’ll have more details and glimpses at the upcoming film soon. For now, however, this Super Bowl trailer is a great way to set expectations for fans. We’ll just have to see what else Warner Bros throws our way in the coming months. The film is expected to be a major milestone for the previous iteration of DC’s live-action film adaptations and it seems likely that it’ll set events in motion for the next era as well. Hopefully we’ll know more by the time the film hits theaters.
