Ever since the service’s debut, Disney Plus viewers have spotted more than a few errors in some of the streaming platform‘s exclusives. Many of these errors include exposed sets, equipment, and crew members. This time, however, an error spotted in the exclusive movie Prom Pact has Disney Plus viewers outright terrified.
The discovery went viral on TikTok when one viewer had to record what they saw. Indeed, it’s the type of visual you’d see associated with an old internet “creepypasta” story than a Disney Plus movie titled Prom Pact. Of course, these are the times we are living in.
It appears that the movie suffered a CGI fail with one quick scene. There’s a moment in the film where a group of cheerleaders are performing. Everything is going fine until we have a shot of the crowd. At this point, things begin to go eerily wrong.
The second row of people in the crowd aren’t actually people. It’s clear that they’re CGI humans. Of course, given that they’re supposed to be “unnoticeable,” it’s even eerier that there’s no attention drawn to them. They’re just there as if everything is normal.

It’s unknown why exactly Disney chose to insert CGI humans into the shot. And, furthermore, it’s unclear why they chose to place them so obviously close to the front. Some users have jokingly questioned how Disney could fail to afford actual extras for such a scene. Unfortunately, there’s no real explanation given, so fans are forced to come up with such theories.
In any case, it’s an eerie discovery, and one that would make for a perfect creepypasta mentioned above. Hopefully someone takes advantage of the scenario and utilizes it properly. Because, as it stands, this moment from Prom Pact is genuinely creepy for more reasons than one.
