She also appeared in the feature film Jeepers Creepers 2. Her last television role was in the 2014 TV movie Dead on Campus, released after she appeared in the 2013 film The Employer.

It was stated that after retiring from acting, she “built an audience through her website, Cashews and Olives, which is a lifestyle blog with a focus on vegan cooking recipes.” It’s clear that, in addition to being dedicated to her lifestyle blog Cashews and Olives, Nicki Aycox left behind quite a few solid film and television performances over the decades that will continue to be cherished by genre fans.
