Fans have been waiting years for Charlie Cox’s Daredevil to make a comeback. Now the Netflix series is receiving a follow-up in the form of a brand-new show set more directly within the Marvel Cinematic Universe. The new series, titled Daredevil: Born Again, has finally started production in New York – as shared in a series of brand-new photos.
As shared via News12 The Bronx, the cast and crew of Daredevil: Born Again were spotted “in Westchester’s largest city Tuesday and will be there until Friday.” They were spotted with various pieces of film equipment outside of Yonkers’ mayor’s office located in Westchester County, New York. The building should no doubt play an interesting role as one of the show’s locations.

It’s unknown if the production at the location will be taking place inside or outside of the building. But considering the interiors include a nice courtroom area – it does seem like a reasonable set for the show. Especially given that Daredevil is known for his career as a lawyer by day. Though considering we don’t know if the interior will be used to demonstrate his legal profession just yet, we’ll have to wait for a more official announcement on that front.
But this does indicate that production on Daredevil: Born Again is finally underway. Now that the cast of the series have finished preparing for their roles – we’ll get to see how their comeback effects the Marvel Cinematic Universe on a much larger scale than before.
The confirmed cast for Daredevil: Born Again includes Charlie Cox, Vincent D’Onofrio, and Jon Bernthal. The characters are going to reprise their roles as Daredevil, Kingpin, and Punisher, respectively. Hopefully with production now underway, it won’t be long before we learn what other cast members are involved.
The upcoming Disney Plus series Daredevil: Born Again is scheduled to be released in early 2024. The first season of the series is currently set to contain eighteen episodes. Fans can stay tuned to ScreenGeek for additional updates on the highly-anticipated MCU series as we have them.
