Taylor Swift Scared By “Possessed” Piano During Live Show

Taylor Swift has been catching a lot of surprising attention during her Eras tour. This time, however, Sunday’s show stunned the audience – and Taylor Swift – when her piano seemingly became “possessed.”

As you can see below, Swift became visibly alarmed during the surprising moment in which her piano began to abruptly play by itself. Swift exclaimed multiple reactions as she tried to understand what was happening.

“I didn’t play that! So that means that…”

The piano continued to play, interrupting her above statement, and Swift had to soon ask fans if they also heard the noise:

“Oh my god, do you hear that? Is that happening for you guys too?”

Fortunately, there was no actual possession involved. Rather, the self-playing piano was the result of a little weather damage. It was heavily raining during her appearance in Massachusetts, and as a result, a few instruments appeared to be broken. This apparently included the piano.

“This has clearly broken my keyboard,” she explains. “Because it was literally underwater. I didn’t know how any of the instruments were working last night. So this is broken. I’m just going to get the guitar, it’s going to be fine.”

And grab her guitar she did. The beloved musician used the instrument to continue playing “Red (Taylor’s Version)” which was interrupted by the piano incident. The crowd no doubt appreciated Swift’s reaction to the unfortunate situation and further enjoyed her rendition of Red with her guitar.

Regarding the show in Massachusetts, it included a show where Swift performed entirely in the rain. This ultimately led to an entire 3.5 hour show that stunned the crowd. Swift herself shared the following social media post about the event:

Stay tuned to ScreenGeek for any additional updates on Taylor Swift as we have them. Hopefully there won’t be any other cases of possessed instruments interrupting her tour.
