The Halloween season opens up plenty of opportunities for fans of everything spooky. For example, many fans participate in the Halloween Horror Nights event that’s held every season at Universal Orlando Resort and Universal Studios Hollywood. Furthermore, the events are famously accompanied by “scare actors,” employees that dress up to scare guests at the parks. Unfortunately, one incident led to a Halloween Horror Nights scare actor being violently attacked.
Furthermore, the incident was caught on a video which has been circulating online. According to the individual who recorded the video, “it seems this scare actor accidentally touched his gf,” referring to the guest who attacked the scare actor. “He immediately went to violence instead of taking it up with a supervisor.” It’s unclear what happened to the guest after he attacked the scare actor, but the individual who recorded it believes “he was arrested and banned” from Halloween Horror Nights – though he isn’t “100% sure.”

Additionally, the description for the video was updated to say that “the scare actor had his hand broken and may need surgery. The scare actor never touched his girlfriend. She only got scared. This happened on Halloween night.” The user further clarified that they were “live streaming on TikTok when this happened” at the time “and downloaded the live stream.”
It’s certainly disappointing to see a guest at the park resort to this level of violence. Events like Halloween Horror Nights exist for people to have fun and celebrate one of the most fantastic times of the year. So, with that in mind, it’s always a great idea to be respectful of those who bring us these events like scare actors and any other kind of employees. Obviously, we should still be respectful to anyone any time of the year. But this is just an example of what can happen at these types of events, unfortunately. Hopefully the scare actor comes out of this okay.
